The Great Realization

It is the realization that there is nothing wrong with many of us, but rather that all the ideas and false thoughts that plague us are the coercion of buying into ideas that are not even our own. Don’t get me wrong, for some things therapy is absolutely necessary, but for things that are not trauma related or needing a diagnosis, there are spiritual and behavioral alternatives. We have the rights to these alternatives. This is why spiritual guidance and psilocybin facilitation exist. We were told that there is a separation of mind and body, but there isn't. Without a brain, there are no thoughts. It is just that simple to disprove the false notion that continues to promulgate the lies. At the end of the day, our self-sabotaging behaviors are the result of the maladaptive behaviors that we have bought into. I say bought because they have a cost associated with them. They don't truly work in the sense that we achieve success or peace, but we do achieve something, which is why we keep repeating them.

So what is the solution? The solution is the great realization. It is the realization that everything down to the language that we speak is a learned strategy. It is what separates the lies we tell ourselves from the objective truth that can bring us a step closer to realize that everything that we want from success, love, a great career, and a character that does not give into suffering are all already available to us. The beauty is that many therapists such as Steven Hayes, Richard Schwartz, and Stephen Wolinsky all agree on the realization of the self. The problem is that many just don't know how to access all these beautiful resources because the lies that currently govern our consciousness.

What does this have to do with psychedelics? 

Everything! Any coach, guide, mentor, and interventionist needs to have already achieved the great realization so that they can offer us the blueprint behind it. Please realize that people can only guide us up to the point that they have already achieved. This is where the term "the ignorant leading the ignorant" comes from because someone who does not have the level of consciousness to help us through our turmoil can't deliver the solution because this person has not surpassed their own turmoil.

What about the retreats?

People have asked me about retreats and events. I don't run any nor can I make any promises or recommendations on retreats because I don't know what is right for others and I won't take any responsibility for what people want to attend, but what I can provide is information on where to find two of them here in the United States.
